The delivery driver will usually make three attempts to deliver your package. If there is no one available to sign for it during those attempts, the package will be held for pickup at a facility nearby for 3-5 business days. In order to pick up your tickets, you will need to provide a photo ID and the tracking number that is associated with your package. If it is not picked up during that time, it will be sent back to us and additional reshipment fees may apply.
If you would like the package held at a specific location, or rerouted to a new address, please contact us and we will be able to submit the request on your behalf. Please note, any changes made after a package has shipped may cause delivery delays.
